On July 16th 2022 at 03:00 UTC (July 15th 2022 at 23:00 EDT), ServiceNow support will begin performing a network upgrade in their U.S. data centers for a duration of 8 hours. This is a reschedule of a previously planned network upgrade window.
During this window, deepwatch.service-now.com may be inaccessible for multiple brief periods. ServiceNow support expects 1-3 brief interruptions to service that will happen within the maintenance window, but total downtime should not exceed 20 minutes over the 8 hour maintenance window. During these brief interruptions, deepwatch.service-now.com may be unreachable or may have slow response times. deepwatch.service-now.com will automatically return to normal availability and performance between the 1-3 brief service interruptions, as well as after the maintenance window has been completed.
