Deepwatch will be upgrading our production ServiceNow instance (https://deepwatch.service-now.com) to ServiceNow's Washington DC release beginning on May 17th at 11:15PM EDT and ending at 3:15AM EDT on May 18th. No downtime is expected during the maintenance window, though brief impacts to system performance are possible. If you experience any performance issues outside of the noted window or other unexpected issues please open a Case, or escalate via your Deepwatch squad if access to ServiceNow is impacted.
