The Deepwatch ServiceNow Planned Maintenance has been canceled by ServiceNow in response to technical difficulties. ServiceNow will notify us as soon as they have an updated date.

ServiceNow has notified Deepwatch that it needs to migrate its production instance, deepwatch.service-now.com, to a new infrastructure on January 22nd, 2025. As part of this migration, the ServiceNow support team will transition the instance to the updated infrastructure, during which the Deepwatch ServiceNow instance will be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes during a 60 minute maintenance window on January 22nd, 2025 beginning at 02:00 ET (07:00 UTC). Additionally, the migration will involve assigning new IP ranges to the instance. Customer Success Managers distributed details regarding the new IP ranges with the initial maintenance notice on December 20th, and can be contacted for any additional questions. Thank you!
