ServiceNow will be performing an automated infrastructure maintenance on 6/6 from 4:40AM EDT to 5:40AM EDT. During this 1 hour window, Deepwatch ServiceNow could be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes. Maintenance includes infrastructure migration of Deepwatch’s instance and a swap of the instance’s active and standby IP addresses. These are the IP addresses to which deepwatch.service-now.com can resolve for incoming connections.

New instance Standby IP: 149.96.20.8 Previous Standby IP: 149.96.36.8
Note, this is a swap of existing Standby to Active IP. If you are utilizing an allow list for outbound connections to Deepwatch ServiceNow, both of these IPs should already be included. Source IPs for outbound integrations from Deepwatch's ServiceNow instance will remain unchanged from those previously provided.
