ServiceNow Support has scheduled a 30-minute maintenance window for 3:00AM ET on 5-30-2024 to correct an issue with one of the two nodes Deepwatch's ServiceNow instances operate on. The affected node will be restarted. During the restart, users may experience impacts to performance or ServiceNow may be briefly inaccessible to some users. Immediately after the restart, users that connect to the freshly restarted node may temporarily experience slow response times as the node caches are rebuilt. This is not expected to last beyond the 30 minute maintenance window. If you experience any performance issues outside of the noted window or other unexpected issues please open a Case, or escalate via your Deepwatch squad if access to ServiceNow is impacted.
