deepwatch will be upgrading our production ServiceNow instance (https://deepwatch.service-now.com) to ServiceNow's Paris release on April 25th, between 7:15AM EDT and 11:15AM EDT. No downtime is expected during the maintenance window, though brief impacts to system performance are possible. If you experience any performance issues outside of the noted window or other unexpected issues, please open a Case or escalate via your deepwatch squad if access to ServiceNow is impacted.
